Thank you all for your very generous collection for Present Aid [part of Christian Aid] totalling a tremendous £370. Alice and Laura had a great time going through the list and choosing items to buy. This is what they chose:
2 sets of mosquito nets, 2 lots of books and school uniforms, 1 goat, 2 chickens, a flock of ducks, 2 sets of fruit trees, seeds and a hoe, a beehive, a first aid kit, business training for 3 women, a wormery, a kitchen set for a family, an emergency hygiene set, a watering can, a water tank, a stove, 312 cocoa seedlings and 10 chicks. What a lot you bought. Thank you!
Congratulations to Ellen and Ellis [Ellen was a member of R:AGE] on the birth of Dorothy [Dottie] Daisy. Also to grandparents Esther and Andrew Paige! We are looking forward to seeing her in the near future although we have seen photos on facebook!
It is great news that Nathaniel has been discharged from Addenbrookes after his recent operation and will now be treated locally. We are thrilled to see him so smiley and happy and enjoying his food!
Lucy joined us recently and had a good time. We welcome her and Mum Kirsten and look forward to getting to know them both.

Our first night back was very quiet but we did welcome Millie. We heard the story of Jesus visiting the Temple at the age of 12 when Mary and Joseph thought he was lost. We played games, made calendars, and wrote invitations to invite friends to our New Year party on January 27th at 6:15pm. If you know any children between 5 and 12 then do tell them about our party, we would love to have more “clubbers”!
Dates for club nights in February are: 3rd and 10th.

We are called to be children of God, and as a part of His church we are commanded to love and encourage each other. We believe we must obey Jesus Christ's command to proclaim His Gospel to all the world.
